Monday Weigh-In

It's been a bit of a slow week on the fitness front. I have not been running since last week, but I have been watching the food intake as well as cut down on the beer!!

As you can see from the chart I'm up and down like the Syrian Empire. This morning I was 184.4 lbs.

I have started doing push-ups three days a week with the help of http://hundredpushups.com.
They claim that by the end of six weeks I should be able to do 100 push-ups in one go. So far, so good! I'll keep you posted.

I am running tomorrow night with Tim, and hope to be able to push it a bit further this time.
